Major League Response, Inc. was founded in 2026 by Carlos Garcia, a San Fernando Valley native with more than ten years of experience in the restoration and construction industries.
Carlos began his career working alongside his father in the family's wood flooring business, where he learned craftsmanship, how a house is put together, and how to take care of customers. Many of those projects meant replacing flooring ruined by water and mold, which sparked his interest in professional restoration and the science behind it.
Over the years, Carlos built his expertise in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, and structural drying. His hands-on experience and IICRC certifications reflect how seriously he takes the details of this work and the quality of what he leaves behind.
As a family-oriented business owner, Carlos knows what is on the line when water or fire reaches a home: the house itself, the family inside it, and their sense that things will be okay. Raised with strong family values, he treats every customer with honesty, respect, and genuine care. His goal is to make a hard situation easier through dependable service, clear communication, and follow-through from the first call to the last reading.
A lifelong baseball fan who grew up playing the game, Carlos drew on that passion when he named the company. Major League Response stands for teamwork, dedication, and being there when people need you most.

What we do, and what happens after
Our technicians hold IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. These are individual technician credentials; Major League Response does not hold the IICRC firm-level designation.
Our work includes water extraction, structural drying, cleaning, mold remediation, odor removal, and contents care. Putting the building back together afterward is a separate trade with its own licensing requirements, and you are not left to sort it out alone. When our work is done, we connect you with partners from our network for the next phase and hand them our records, so it starts without a gap.
We document losses, prepare estimates for our own scope, and can bill a carrier directly for our services. Our insurance page explains the documentation we provide and the limits of our role.
We respond around the clock anywhere in Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside and work in English and Spanish. Our technicians are IICRC-certified. The initial inspection is free, and moisture readings are provided in writing.
